We aim to dispatch all mainland UK web orders within two days of receiving the order. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Christmas Deliveries
Please note that our last order date for deliveries guaranteed before Christmas is Friday 16th December 2011.
Due to our Christmas Holidays, any orders processed over the Christmas period i.e. Friday 23rd December to Tuesday 3rd January will be despatched Wednesday 4th January 2011.
